E907 (Hydrogenated poly-1-decene) is a synthetic glazing agent derived from petroleum. It is considered HALAL because it is a fully synthetic hydrocarbon and does not contain any animal-derived ingredients or alcohol. Note: not to be confused with E900 (Polydimethylsiloxane / PDMS).
